We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. All items sold are final sales except for manufacturing defects. All items sold and not refundable.
We strongly suggest our customers check their goods thoroughly upon receipt. To protect your interest, any claim concerning short delivery, damaged or defective goods found on delivery, and damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com.
Please note that we require images or videos as well to better assist you with regard to the defective item.
1. Validity For Exchanges & Returns
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 365 days of receiving the goods. All requests for returns, however, would need to be strictly made through email firstname.lastname@example.org with images and videos of the item.
- You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
- Kindly print and fill up the Exchange Request Form and attach it to the item in its original condition and packaging.
- Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
- Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your exchange or return is ready. Generally, the processing period is 7 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
- No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned, and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
