Internship Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive interns to join our team! This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of e-commerce, from product management and content creation to operations and customer service. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, learn from industry professionals, and develop valuable skills that will prepare you for the digital and retail industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing: Assist in listing and updating products on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
• Product Image Editing: Edit and enhance product images to meet brand guidelines and improve customer experience.
• Operations: Support daily operational tasks, including inventory updates, order processing, and supplier coordination.
• New Product Development: Research and contribute ideas for new product selections and enhancements.
• Product Photoshooting & Videography: Assist in capturing high-quality product photos and videos for marketing and listing purposes.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Graphic Design: Create promotional banners, social media graphics, and marketing materials in line with our branding.
