Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin to join our team. This role will focus on procurement, order fulfillment, and other administrative tasks, including product listing. The position is ideal for someone who is proficient with computers and digital tools, and can handle a variety of responsibilities. No prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement:
    • Assist in coordinating with suppliers to procure furniture and other products.
    • Support the negotiation of pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
    • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Help manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring products are delivered to customers accurately and on time.
    • Liaise with logistics partners to coordinate shipping and resolve delivery issues.
    • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking processes.
  • Product Listing:
    • Support the creation and updating of product listings on the Neo Livin platform.
    • Ensure product information is accurate, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative assistance, such as handling correspondence and scheduling meetings.
    • Assist with maintaining office supplies and other office management tasks.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks:
    • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
    • Assist with customer service inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with computer work, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital tools.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
