Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Neo Livin Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate”) in the program operated by Neo Notion Sdn Bhd (“Neo Livin”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By signing up, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Program Overview

The Neo Livin Affiliate Program allows individuals or businesses to earn commission by referring customers to our online store via unique affiliate links. Qualified purchases made through those links are eligible for a referral commission, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
• You must have an active website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with Neo Livin’s brand values.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure fair use, the following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the program, forfeiture of any pending commissions, and possible legal action:

3.1. Self-Referrals

You may not use your own affiliate links to make purchases for yourself, your business, your household, or on behalf of others. This includes:

• Using the affiliate link to earn a commission on your own purchases.
• Encouraging others to use your link on purchases you control or finance.

3.2. Cookie Stuffing or Link Manipulation

You may not:

• Use scripts, iframes, pop-ups, or misleading redirects to set affiliate cookies without user consent.
• Mask, cloak, or alter your affiliate link in a way that misrepresents its purpose.

3.3. Misrepresentation

You may not:

• Mislead potential customers about Neo Livin’s products, pricing, services, or promotions.
• Present yourself as an employee, partner, or agent of Neo Livin.

3.4. Paid Advertising Abuse

You may not:

• Bid on Neo Livin’s brand name, misspellings, or domain variations in any search engine ads (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Directly link paid ads to Neo Livin using your affiliate link (no direct linking in PPC campaigns).

3.5. Spam and Unethical Marketing

You may not:

• Send unsolicited emails or messages (spam) with your affiliate links.
• Post affiliate links in coupon/deal sites without explicit approval.
• Participate in fake reviews or misleading testimonials.

4. Commissions and Payments

4.1. Commission Rate

Commission rates are defined in your affiliate dashboard and may be adjusted with prior notice.

4.2. Qualified Sales

A sale qualifies for commission only if:

• The customer was referred through your unique affiliate link.
• The order is not cancelled, refunded, or returned.
• The transaction was not flagged for fraud or abuse.

4.3. Commission Reversal

We reserve the right to reverse or withhold commissions for:

• Fraudulent transactions.
• Violations of this Agreement.
• Suspicious activity or behavior.

4.4. Payout Terms

• Payouts are made monthly, after a 30-day holding period from the date of a qualified sale.
• Minimum payout threshold applies (e.g., RM50).
• Payouts are made via bank transfer or other methods defined in the program.

5. Affiliate Content and Branding

• You must not alter or misrepresent Neo Livin’s logos, trademarks, or promotional content.
• You must clearly disclose that you may receive a commission for purchases made through your link, in accordance with local advertising regulations.

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, especially in the case of policy violations or suspicious activity.
• Withhold any unpaid commissions if abuse or fraud is detected.

You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing.

Neo Livin reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes or matters related to the program.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neo Livin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the affiliate program, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.

8. Modification of Terms

Neo Livin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Affiliates are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with this program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

By joining the Neo Livin Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
